Majic Jar Return & Refund Policy

At Majic Jar, we take great care in crafting our jams and preserves to ensure you receive the highest quality products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

We accept returns and process refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged During Delivery – If your product arrives broken, leaked, or otherwise damaged during transit.
  2. Defective on Receipt – If the product has a defect or quality issue upon arrival.

Process for Return & Refund

  1. Notify Us – Please email us at yum@majicjar within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item
  2. Review & Approval – Once we verify the issue, we will offer:
    • A full refund to your original payment method
    • A replacement at no additional cost
  3. Refund Processing Time – Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or personal taste preferences.
  • Refunds will not be processed for products reported after 48 hours of delivery.
