Bengali Lime Cocktail of Heritage and Indulgence

Introducing "The Gondho-Rush", a cocktail that blends the zesty tang of Majic Jar’s Gondhoraj Relish with the crisp smoothness of vodka, finished with a burst of lemon and ice. Ingredients:

• 60 ml vodka (a smooth, premium brand works best)
• 1 teaspoon Majic Jar Gondhoraj Relish
• 15 ml fresh lemon juice
• 10 ml simple syrup (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
• Ice cubes
• Soda (for a lighter variation)
• A slice of Gondhoraj Lebu or a lemon twist (for garnish)

Method:

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, Majic Jar Gondhoraj Relish, and lemon juice.
2. Add ice cubes and shake well until the mixture is chilled and infused with the aromatic relish.
3. Pour directly into a glass filled with ice (do not strain), allowing the Gondhoraj zest from the relish to infuse the drink with its aroma and texture.
