Recipe: Beetroot Relish and Orange Salad
Ingredients:

2 large oranges

Salt, to taste

Crushed black pepper, to taste

6–8 teaspoons Majic Jar Beetroot Relish

50g feta cheese, crumbled or grated

A handful of fresh rocket leaves

1–2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions:

Prepare the Oranges:
Peel the oranges and slice them into thin rounds. Spread them out on a serving plate in a single layer. -
Season:
Sprinkle lightly with salt and freshly crushed black pepper. -
Add the Majic:

Top with Feta:
Crumble or grate some feta generously over the oranges and relish. -
